“I’ve never bought from this store before and needed to place a large order for a pathway, so was slightly apprehensive. But, my experience has been excellent, from the delivery to the customer service. The driver called when he was 30 minutes away, he was happy to drop the pallet exactly where we wanted it, and delivery times were very quick. There was one tile that had a slight chip, I emailed and asked about options, I was responded to that same day where we agreed to hold fire and see whether it impacted the build, as we could use that for cuts (which is what worked out). Customer service was really responsive, which gave such reassurance. The tiles look great, the landscaper has new work requests off the back of them, win all round - will 100% use Stone Store again if we need to.”

“This is our second order of Tudor limestone. We decided to extend the stone flooring to cover a further area after being stunned at how great it looks in our cottage. It makes the whole place look bigger and brighter. Found the stone to be excellent from Stonestore and wished we had ordered more the first time as the delivery charges are high...I have to add that the driver was amazing, arrived well within the time given and was very helpful in leaving the stone where we could easily transfer it into the cottage.
