“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish! I can’t recommend Stone Store highly enough. The tiles are beautiful, the prices are very reasonable, and the overall service has been outstanding. When my delivery arrived, I discovered that three tiles were warped. Stone Store dealt with the issue straight away and arranged replacements almost the very next day. No hassle, no unnecessary delays — just excellent customer service. I would also like to thank the delivery team. The tiles were carefully unloaded and positioned exactly where they needed to be. Everything was properly protected and securely covered despite the rain, so the tiles stayed completely dry. These details really matter to me. They show when a company genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in doing the job properly. I also really appreciated the driver’s patience. I was on my way home to show him exactly where to leave the tiles, and he kindly waited a little longer when I explained that I was held up by traffic. It was a small gesture, but it made a big difference. Having had repeated problems with Tile Mountain during a previous renovation, I know how frustrating poor service can be. Stone Store has genuinely exceeded my expectations and provided a much better experience. It’s not just about selling good-quality tiles at a fair price — it’s about the whole experience, from ordering and delivery to resolving any issues quickly and professionally. A massive thank you to the whole Stone Store team. You’ve done a fantastic job, and I really appreciate the effort and attention to detail. I would 100% recommend Stone Store to anyone looking for beautiful tiles, fair prices and, most importantly, excellent customer service. Keep up the great work!”
