SAMPLE REQUEST
At Stone Superstore we offer FREE samples of all our tiles. All you need to do is click the “order free sample” button on the product pages and it will be placed in the “My free sample basket” at the top left hand side of the page.
- To order a sample , simply click where you see the “order free sample”
button or link on product pages.
order free sample+ - You can order as many samples as you like but only the first two are FREE. Each subsequent sample is charged at only £2.50.
- To get your samples, click the “enter delivery details” button at the bottom of the sample cart and follow the instructions on screen.
- You can also call 0161 923 4825 to discuss any samples you require. A sales representative will send you them immediately.
- Samples are a 100x100mm piece cut from that current batch of stone. If you would like to see a larger piece you can get a full size tile sample by calling 0161 923 4825 – the sample is FREE but we charge carriage at £12. These are delivered by DHL and will require a signature upon delivery.
- Samples are dispatched same day and may take up to 3 days to arrive. Please let us know if your sample is urgent as we can have them in your hand next day if required.
